Meet Tom Agugliaro, Managing Partner
Based in the New York region, Tom Agugliaro is the founder and Managing Partner of ATG Partners. He leads the firm with a relentless focus on client and candidate service, bringing deep expertise in accounting and finance recruiting across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Tom specializes in placing senior and mid-level finance and accounting professionals, including CFOs, VPs, Controllers, and leaders across Tax, Audit, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, IT Finance, and Financial Services. He is a trusted advisor to CFOs and CEOs and is frequently sought out as a resource for complex hiring needs.
Tom began his career at General Electric before joining a Big Four accounting firm in capital markets, SEC consulting, and transaction services. He later worked on an investment bank’s internal due diligence team, supporting acquisition and asset-based lending transactions. Tom is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and holds a BS in Accounting from Wagner College.
